My Daily Fitness Tips 🌱

Hey guys, what's up?!
Well if you decided to read this week's post it is because you want to know about my daily fitness tips and how I stay fit. I am extremely excited to share them with you.
Hopefully you seen the video before you opened this post, but no worries if you did not because this is where you will get all the exclusive details.Â
Eating is the first important key point in staying fit. I start every morning with a healthy breakfast as it is the most important part of the day.Â
My breakfast:
Pancakes, breakfast potatoes, eggs, & bacon.Â
Before I head to the gym I take my first supplement of the day from my Herbalife Total Control Packet. The packet contains 3 total supplements. You must intake 1 every 3 hours and these supplements are my favorite because my energy level is amazing in the gym. I'm allowed to exceed a workout without being exhausted. As I continue to take the rest of the supplements every 3 hours, my energy for the day is still at a high level. Gym routine:

Weights and conditioning: 24 hr fitnessÂ
SN: My workouts vary each day but I start with 1 mile on the treadmill and end the session with 1 more mile on the treadmill, followed by some abs right after.
When I get home from the gym it is time to eat again. I love to follow up with my Herbalife Formula 1 + PDM shake. These shakes are so tasty and they come in different flavors. At the moment my favorite happens to be cookies and cream. Along with the shake I have been preparing tilapia, rice, and vegetables, which is my lunch preference.
3 hours would have passed and I would have taken my 2nd supplement of the day.Â
